This is to notify you that when the Annual Audit for the Smith Farm Master Association,
Inc., has been completed. The Audit will be available in the office and will be copied upon request for
homeowners at no charge.

In an effort to save monies the Master Association Board of Directors has decided
to post this notice in the quarterly newsletter as well as the Smith Farm web site
www.smithfarm.org to notify you of its arrival. You may request a copy of the
Annual Audit by calling the Smith Farm Management office to make your request
at 561-641-6300 extension 3. Walk in requests will be asked to wait until the copies are
made.

The Master Board of Directors and the Management staff thank you in advance for your
anticipated cooperation in this matter.
