Any United States Citizen, who is over 18 Years of age, who is not mentally incapacitated, has not been convicted of a felony, and who is a legal resident of Florida, can vote in Florida Elections.

THE AUGUST 31ST PRIMARY AND NON-PARTISAN ELECTION
ALL REGISTERED VOTERS, REGARDLESS OF PARTY AFFILIATION, WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE.
Major party members only will be selecting US Senator, US Representatives, State Senators, State Representatives, State Attorney, Public Defender, Clerk of the Court, and County Commissioners .
In addition, regardless of party affiliation, we will be electing our Sheriff, Property Appraiser, Court Judges, Supervisor of Elections, Merit Retention of Supreme Court Justices & Appellate Circuit and County Court Judges, as well as School Board Officials.
THE NOVEMBER 2nd GENERAL ELECTION
You must register in Palm Beach County by October 4th 2004 to be eligible to vote here in the November 2nd General Election.
THIS YEAR, ALL SMITH FARM RESIDENTS DO NOT VOTE AT THE SAME LOCATION
Your voter registration card lists your precinct number, either 3090 or 3091. You MUST vote at the correct polling location for that precinct.
IF YOU’RE ASSIGNED TO PRECINCT 3090
(Generally, residents of Forestview, Legacy, and Legacy Chase), you vote at WEST BOYNTON PARK & REC, 6000 NORTHTREE BLVD, BOYNTON BEACH (off Jog, south of Hypoluxo)
IF YOU’RE ASSIGNED TO PRECINCT 3091
(Generally, residents of Candlewood, Bridlewood, Timberwood, Hampton Creek, Kingsmill, and Legacy Reserve), this year you vote at CORAL REEF ELEMENTARY 6151 HAGEN RANCH RD LAKE WORTH (Near Lantana Rd)
ALL REGISTERED VOTERS HAVE 3 WAYS TO VOTE IN PALM BEACH COUNTY
1) AT THE POLLS ON ELECTION DAY
The Polls are open on election day from 7:00AM to 7:00 PM
2) BY EARLY VOTING
ANY VOTER unable to get to the polls on Election Day or who wishes to vote early FOR ANY REASON, may vote their ballot in person at the following locations during the times indicated.

3) BY ABSENTEE BALLOT
In Florida, you no longer need a reason to vote by Absentee Ballot. You can request an Absentee Ballot by filling out an on-line application anytime prior to Election Day. You can also request that an Absentee Ballot be mailed to you by visiting one of our offices, or by calling or writing to the Supervisor of Elections Office, at: Supervisor of Elections, 240 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33415, (561) 656-6200
BE SURE TO READ THE RULES GOVERNING ABSENTEE BALLOTS.
IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT THE POLL
In order to vote, you will be required to show identification bearing your photograph and signature. You may use either a piece of identification with both your photo and signature, or one piece of identification with your photo and another with your signature. However, if you do not have any identification, you may still vote by completing an affidavit.
CHANGE OF RESIDENCE WITHIN PALM BEACH COUNTY
If you were previously registered to vote in Palm Beach County and have moved since the last time you voted, you must notify the Elections Office of the change in your residence address. You can do this by either calling the Elections Office or by mailing the Elections Office written notification of the change. A new card with your new address, precinct and polling location will be mailed to you.
You can change your address at the polls on Election Day, but you will have to wait until the Precinct Advisor verifies that you are an active registered voter. Remember, you must go to the polling location in the precinct where you reside.
CHANGE OF RESIDENCE FROM OUTSIDE PALM BEACH COUNTY
(INCLUDING MOVES FROM OUT OF STATE)
If you are NOT currently registered in Palm Beach County, you MUST COMPLETE A PALM BEACH VOTER REGISTRATION FORM and submit it to the Supervisor of Elections, on-line in either English or Spanish, by mail or in person. Forms are also available at the Smith Farm Park office, at most libraries, some banks and at local political club offices, as well as at the SOE offices.
If you moved after the August 2nd registration deadline for the August 31st Primary and Non-Partisan election, you can probably vote absentee at your old address. Contact your old county elections office for more information. You must register in Palm Beach County by October 4th 2004 to be eligible to vote here in the November 2nd General Election.
