Only pets belonging to Owners (or those occupying lots through the authority of Owners) allowed within the Community, subject to the following further restrictions:
1. Commonly accepted household pets such as dogs and cats may be kept in reasonable numbers as determined by the Master Association in its sole discretion. All animals contained in the Dwelling Unit and shall not be permitted to roam free, or to otherwise disturb the peace of other owners.
2. Swine, goats, horses, cattle, sheep, chickens, and the like are hereby specifically prohibited. Obnoxious animals, pit bulls, fowl and reptiles are prohibited. The determination of what is or what may be an obnoxious animal, fowl or reptile, shall be determined Master Association in its sole discretion. Absolutely no pit bulls, pit mixes, or other historically aggressive breeds.
3. No animal breeding or sales as a business shall be permitted.
4. No pet shall be permitted outside a Dwelling Unit except on a leash or in an enclosed yard. Animals can not be kept outside all day long, unless the home owner is home.
5. No pets shall be allowed to constitute a nuisance.
6. Local County and/or municipal animal ordinances will be strictly enforced (i.e.: licensing, vaccines, leash laws, etc.) Animals are not allowed to wonder around, animal control will be called.
7. Each Owner shall promptly remove and properly dispose of any solid waste matter deposited by his pet.
8. As an animal owner you are 100% responsible.
9. All animals must have id tags with current owner information.
10. Animals are not allowed to be walked without a leash. There are some residents that have a fear.
